报告人简介

罗欣 (Xin “Robert” Luo)，博士，现任美国新墨西哥大学（The University of New Mexico）安德森管理学院校董事会讲习教授、终身正教授（管理信息系统）。罗欣博士目前是全球最顶级的管理信息系统期刊MIS Quarterly的客座副编辑，同时也担任全球知名期刊Decision Sciences, European Journal of Information Systems, Information & Management, Electronic Commerce Research, Journal of Electronic Commerce Research的副主编。此外，罗欣博士受邀将于2015年夏天客座主持全球决策科学著名期刊Decision Support Systems的关于信息安全的special issue。同时他受邀将于2016年参与管理信息系统的顶级期刊European Journal of Information Systems的信息安全及隐私特刊的客座副编辑。罗欣博士也担任美国国家自然科学基金(U.S. National Science Foundation)在信息安全和隐私研究基金方面的评审专家。他的研究和教学基金申请都已分别获得美国和中国的国家自然科学基金资助。

罗欣博士的主要研究兴趣主要在信息系统安全管理，电子商务/移动商务，创新性技术用于战略决策和开发（云计算，绿色信息系统，电子健康，社会网络），跨文化信息技术管理。罗欣博士在同行审阅的国际学术期刊、书籍和会议录上出版超过130篇科研报告。他的科研论文在国际顶级或著名的期刊发表，如Computers & Security, Communications of the ACM, Decision Support Systems, European Journal of Information Systems, Information Systems Journal, Journal of the Association for Information Systems, Journal of Strategic Information Systems。其中他在Decision Support Systems和Journal of Strategic Information Systems期刊上面发表的三篇文章被列为自2010年以来被引用率最高的科研成果(most cited articles)。
